order that is either accepted or cancelled before acceptance the monies paid

All orders are
delivered using Royal Mail.
All orders when
despatched are subject to proof of postage.

All items if in
stock will be despatched normally within 36 hours of receipt. Normally orders
will be processed the same day where at all possible.
We reserve the right to issue a
refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
If an incorrect item has been sent to you, damaged or
of unsatisfactory quality, please send the item back to us (obtaining
proof of postage from Royal Mail)
We will only refund the price of the item to the
purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Smile
Equestrian, it may take up to five working days to credit the
purchaser's account.
