Ordering, Payments & Delivery

All items can be ordered via the web site or by telephone on 01929 550405

If busy, please a telephone number that we can call you back on (not mobile) and we will return your call at no cost to you.

 

This number can also be used to obtain free advice and assistance in connection with any product you are interested in purchasing or for any item you have previously purchased.

 

Payments methods accepted by the site are :

 

PayPal so you can use your existing PayPal account.

 

Credit or debit card via the PayPal facility without having to register for a PayPal account.

 

Cheque payment made payable to Seremar Ltd

 

Your order will be termed as having been accepted once you receive a confirmatory email from us. This e-mail will also advise you regarding despatch of your order.

 

If you place an order that is either accepted or cancelled before acceptance the monies paid will be refunded via the same method by which you paid it.

 

All delivery prices quoted are for delivery by Royal Mail to the UK mainland only:

 

Please ask for a quote for delivery to other countries/locations before placing an order.

*Note: The higher rate postal charge is to cater for the carriage of Hitch Locks & Wheel clamps which are exceptionally heavy and attract a premium postal charge from Royal Mail.

 

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail.

 

All orders when despatched are subject to proof of postage.

 

Please see our terms and conditions for parcel losses or damage and ensuring that you provide the correct postal address.

 

Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.

 

All items if in stock will be despatched normally within 36 hours of receipt. Normally orders will be processed the same day where at all possible.

 

We reserve the right to issue a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.


If an incorrect item has been sent to you, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, please send the item back to us (obtaining proof of postage from Royal Mail)


We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Smile Equestrian, it may take up to five working days to credit the purchaser's account.
